Partnership Levels
OLAP Office™
has created a multi-tiered program that allows partners to leverage their strengths
and market expertise. The channel partner program is designed to recruit partners
in three categories – Distributor, Development Reseller and Referral Provider.
Distributor:
A Distributor is defined as a self-sufficient partner that manages the entire sales
process, sublicenses OLAP Office™’s software through its own resellers/reseller channel
and performs direct services related to the solution, including project management,
implementation and first level support.
Development Partner: A Development Partner
is defined as a self-sufficient partner that manages the entire sales process, sublicenses
OLAP Office™’s software and performs direct services and customizations related to the
solution, including project management, implementation and first level support.
Development Partners can resell modifications to other resellers.
Resellers: A
Reseller is defined as a partner who engages with end clients and manages the entire
product sales process, sublicenses OLAP Office™ software but does not sell or perform
any services or support associated with a OLAP Office™ solution.
Referral Provider: A
Referral Provider is defined as a partner that provides OLAP Office™ with qualified business
leads. Referral providers are eligible for a referral fee and are required to engage
in the initial stage of the sales process and to assist in transitioning the relationship
to OLAP Office™ to assume responsibility for all sales, services and support.
